      Pros

      Care about the people that work for them (this seems to be changing). Lots of opportunities only limited by you. Will give you responsibility and tasks for whatever you want to take on. Great training and skill building opportunities. Interesting work and do some really cool jobs. Great place to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Seem to be continually reorganizing and got tired of this. Shifting a bit in how they value their people. Very conservative at times (not all bad as this gets them thru some tough times). Talk like they are on the cutting edge (especially in technology) but are really stuck in way they do things and hard to shift from those methods. Decisions at times seem to be made for stake of stock price and not what is really best.
