      The job itself is not too challenging but is busy, which is great if you like to be constantly stimulated and adding value!

      Cons

      “Hybrid” isn’t really a thing here. They want you in the office. Management is poorly trained and there are no quarterly or semi annual or even annual reviews. Very little process for growth.
