Pros

The training is really good whenever getting into the b2b industry. Good teammates and modern office. The day to day is very easy going.

Cons

The leads are really bad. They either have a bunch of duplicates or bombarded leads. Lost a few deals in the beginning since they had really bad reviews on BBB. Commission takes a lot to get payed. If you’re director can’t close them you’re not seeing a commission check. Miss leading when hiring. They tell you is a hybrid but don’t have the ability to wfh until you have a deal which takes usually 5 months or more. It is determined by your director if you get to WFH or not, therefore if he doesn’t like you that much you will never get that day. Benefits are not great. You’re career can depend on your director since they could be a good sales man but not a good leader. Unrealistic expectations for the new recruits especially when this industry has a bunch of competition.

Pros

Occasional food, that’s basically all

Cons

More work for less pay, you’ll be given a pile of new tasks outside of your job description and meanwhile have to beg for a pay increase. When asked about increases for the cost of living, the CEO responded that we essentially don’t deserve it and many of his staff don’t deserve to be there. A clown in a nice suit
