Pros

Great place to start a career or become more than what you thought possible. Leadership is active, believes in the team and believes in making money. Great teammates and opportunities for growth. I believe that you get what you put in to something like any relationship. There is no perfect place but there are places that are worth fighting for and I believe this company is!

Cons

Minimal amount of PTO, trying to navigate obvious Favoritism.

Pros

you get a check once every 2 weeks.

Cons

**Please note** Their Recruiting and HR departments fill out fake positive glassdoor reviews. That is how bad their image is. DO NOT WORK HERE Truly terrible work culture. The heads of departments are out of touch to know what it is you do in your day-to-day job. To them, commuting in and sitting at a desk all day and doing minimal work is better than working from home and going above and beyond your job description. No matter how much work you do for them, they will never care because caring for you makes you seem more valuable to them. They want to keep you as worthless as possible to justify letting you go later. Awful Pay (they will say it is "competitive". it isn't). You get what you pay for health insurance. Its cheap cost but the coverage is bad. The owner is a real piece of work. Its real his way or the highway mentality and all of his underlings fall into line. He lays off big chunks of his staff, but then has enough money to invest in an ownership stake in the Boston Celtics. Nothing weird about that!
