      Pros

      Great work environment, professional & clean offices, excellent leadership and mentors. Company cares about the health of all employees and has one of the best philanthropy initiatives I've seen.

      Cons

      Haven't really run into any terrible things about this company. I guess better training on the sales CRM.

      Very low pay , you can honestly get paid elsewhere more money for the same position .

      Good and Bad

      Pros

      Uncapped commission. Good bonuses. Can rollover 5 days of PTO every year. Fun coworkers. CEO is incredibly involved in sales and constantly trying to help us succeed.

      Cons

      Since it is telecom, you can sell something and do everything correctly and the deal still falls through on the operations side and then you are just SOL. Our relationships with carriers are constantly changing and we can get screwed that way. Management can definitely be WAY better.....
