Pros

Good food in cafeteria, company gym.

Cons

The environment of the company is boring. There is a high turn over rate. Position doesn’t not pay much, a measly $16/hr starting, requiring a bachelors degree. They fire people left and right for literally anything. The job overall is mentally draining.

Pros

There are none, other than a few of the directors are good guys. As far as most, back-stabbing liars.

Cons

Too much to list. Managers lie, steal leads from their reps, open cold call manipulative boiler room, toxic culture of mistrust and disrespect with no integrity. Owner tries to repent by being philanthropic but is a liar and cheat. They are the Trump of business. And that's the lowest insult you can give anyone.
