      Pros

      Lucrative commission structure and awesome quarterly bonus potential. If you are in sales you will be highly rewarded for the work you put in. Fun, positive culture in Atlanta. Everyone is willing to help out the new reps, and office is right next to the Braves stadium.

      Cons

      A little longer of a sales cycle, so you have to have patience and persistence.

      Working at Granite has been an incredible journey—lots of training and growth opportunities, promote from within policy Gym is awesome and helps beat rush hour without having to drive to a gym offsite People—they make the company what it is, from top to bottom and in branches across the US. If you’re a hard worker there are ample opportunities to find great mentors, and one day pay it back to newcomers 401k match is a huge pro

      Cons

      Hard work isn’t for everyone. If giving it just enough to get by is your thing, you probably won’t thrive here.
