      Excellent company to work for

      Pros

      Granite is expanding. You can really grow your career. Largest CLEC in North America - great place to get into Telecom/Technology.

      Cons

      Technical knowledge requirements are high but there is opportunity to learn. Ramp time is rapid. Training can be sparse - you'll have to learn a lot on your own.
