Cons

- If you are not a self starter you may have trouble but if you know what you have to do and take responsibility for your work load you will do great! -If you do not fair well to change in a business place that is growing with the current technology then this could be considered a con for you. If you are flexible and willing to learn new things as you go you will do great!

Pros

Small Company, able to be part of growing team at the time, work tangibly with many different departments on a project.

Cons

Micro-management, no sense of direction, greedy and selfish on pay, very bland and offer the same to all employees no matter what they have accomplished.
