      Pros

      Granite is a great company to work for. Granite is able to provide training for all that don't know about the telecom industry and help bring everyone up to speed on the current technology and trends. The opportunity to grow is huge here!

      Cons

      If you live outside of the Quincy area traffic could be not the greatest depending on where you commute in from.

      This company has an extremely unique feel to it that is extremely refreshing. The management provides support that is consistent throughout all facets of the business. My favorite part since I started in February is just how small the company feels for being as large as it is. A few weeks back, I won the ops employee of the week award, and the CEO himself sent me a handwritten note thanking me for my hard work. What an AWESOME place to work. Also, the compensation and benefits package is extremely competitive across all of our satellite offices and our corporate HQ in Boston.

      Cons

      Traffic can be rough commuting in Atlanta, but that is the same as any other role here in the market pretty much.
