      You get out what you put into it Focus more on the carrot...little to no micromanagement (big on flexibility) Great leadership that wants to see you succeed Very good compensation and training

      Cons

      While everyone is very transparent about it from the very beginning, you really need to give 100% every day to see the big returns. Not for someone that gives up easily

      Great leadership from the top down. Rob is awesome! The commission structure is very aggressive as well

      Cons

      I cannot think of really any cons other than companies you are calling have likely not heard of you, so that can be a little challenging
