      Great work culture, great product, great place to start your career.

      Cons

      Upper management plays favoritism. Even if you're doing well at your position, you won't be promoted, or given a raise if you're not on the managers good side.

      Pros

      This is a very good place to get your feet wet as far as the corporate organization. Depending on the department, you can really learn to be independent. Has some type of college feel to it as most employees are recent grads.

      Cons

      There is always some meeting going on. Its get quite repetitive but its apart of the culture. Days off on National holidays... you will find your self working when all your friends and families are off

      Pros

      The role and experience and change a lot depending on who you end up sitting around and the time you work. A lot of the people I work around are extremely friendly and always open to helping you. They don't really seem to care if you take a break shorter than the hour or work overtime.

      Cons

      Temp-to-Perm hire process. Depending on the agency you're working with you can get boned by the pay during your temp period. Work can get a bit repetitive. There's can be some amount of favoritism among people but that's also dependent on how much you actually try too.
