Pros

There's a gym in the building. Some of the people who work there are truly awesome. You'll make friends with all kinds of people who were equally desperate for a job and are equally miserable. You will learn many acronyms.

Cons

Bosses are abusive and/or condescending, employees don't feel valued, sexual harassment is rampant. Employees are not treated like professionals or even adults. Honestly pretty terrifying place to work.

Thank you for providing feedback about your experience. You have raised some areas of concern, in particular, harassment. Granite requires all of its employees to participate in Respect in the Workplace training. In addition, all supervisors and managers complete appropriate management training. The company has zero tolerance for any kind of harassment. All harassment complaints are taken very seriously and addressed right away. It is everyone's duty to report any problems or concerns they may have. If you wish to share more details and allow us to address your remarks, please reach out to us.

Pros

Young workforce, nice gym, and decent offering of sports leagues.

Cons

Too many to list but it's a non innovative company that is stuck in 2003. Upper management is a nightmare and it's like a boy's club around there.

Pros

Met some great people there. Good place to get some corporate experience but don't stay too long.

Cons

There is too much micromanagement.
