Work from home was definitely an adjustment for us since we primarily were an in-office group before the pandemic, but it has proved to be a great option for a lot of our teammates and I think we are learning more about the benefits as time progresses.       Pros

      Great work environment, professional & clean offices, excellent leadership and mentors. Company cares about the health of all employees and has one of the best philanthropy initiatives I've seen.

      Cons

      Haven't really run into any terrible things about this company. I guess better training on the sales CRM.
