      -Great culture and growth potential, Granite is like a family -Amazing values such as health and fitness and volunteering -The willingness of leaders to help and want to see you succeed is great, especially for someone early in their career

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to share! I think that it's important to have a positive outlook on a position and/or task and leverage the good resources that are available rather than focus on any negatives. This job is what you make of it and Granite helps to set you up to create your own success.

      The department cares about its employees and their growth.

      Not many in a large company. Feeling of favoritism in certain departments.
