Pros

Great incentivie program, lots of oppurtunity to challenge yourself and grow. They offer training classes at no cost to employees such as negotiation training, or classes on business so you can excel. I've never worked anywhere where the big boss tries so hard to reward employees for meeting the goals he sets. He's invested in the company, and does everything he can so everyone is rewarded when the company does well. Great community programs, and family activities several times a year. Very health centric staff, multiple sports leagues from football to bowling, and there is a trainer who can help build a program to get you healthy.

Cons

Sometimes it can be hard to change departments, or feel like you have support from upper management. If you can't be on time, it will become an issue. We are expected to be 24/7, so always being availble to check email can be frustrating on weekends and after hours.

Pros

Sales: Opportunity to make money. Can focus on selling and not have to deal with Ops issues. OPs: Opportunity to get ahead, get promoted, make more money. Manager will help you get better, will regularly meet with you and help you improve, get trained, learn new things.

Cons

Got to have a strong work ethic and desire to get ahead. Got to have a great attitude and support your teammates.

Pros

• Top philanthropic donor in Massachusetts • 401k match for employees • Great vacation package • Hard work leads to promotion • Onsite fitness center • Numerous incentives throughout the year • Face to face time with the CEO to talk about ways to improve the company • Fosters learning and growth – Granite University • Promotes a culture of growth & innovation in new products • Financially stable – no debt = peace of mind • And much more…

Cons

I can't really think of any downside of working at Granite. If you are a person that doesn't like to work hard/smart then Granite is not for you. I've worked for companies big and small in the past. I've been at Granite for 8 years, and it is the best company I've worked for.
