      Intramural activities: Soccer, Golf, Football, Basketball, Softball, Cross Fit 24x7 gym access Internal programs to grow in position or change to departments Growth of company allowed me to establish a career right out of college Positive work environment COO/CEO, all high levels available to talk and interested in ways to make Granite better Location and Parking, right off the Red Line

      Pros

      Team is great everyone works very hard and is friendly, met some good pals at Granite.

      Cons

      Doesn't pay well, lot of wok without a lot of extra compensation. Unrealistic goals for a very sales centered company, which i believe is the main issues with their entire culture and business philosophy.

      Pros

      When I started I had little knowledge of the company but the people on my team have been extremely helpful in making this an easy transition into this role. Having the gym on-site has been very convenient, whether you go before or after work. You can even go during your lunch break.

      Cons

      The parking lot is really big so there is ample parking although when everyone is rushing out at the same time it can be difficult
