Pros
the company is growing really fast for years over now and they're filling all these openings with their own staff. so the opportunity is there to build on your resume and career goals, quicker than you would at most other companies too thanks to the growth rate.
Cons
there are people complaining about the co. but in my opinion they're the minority. bottom line is that its a successful company and its nice to play for a team thats winning and you can see that in most people working there.
