      Pros

      They give former criminals the opportunity to work.

      Cons

      This Company prides themselves on giving out generous bonuses to employees. So much pride that they choose to publish the exact dollar amounts the employees are rewarded in the local papers. Considering N Quincy is not exactly the safest of neighborhoods in the Greater Boston area, this is quite a risky move. I was nervous to leave the building after hours in fear of being mugged because the most recent bonus was freshly deposited in my account and published for the entire town to read.

      Pros

      As a current employee it's annoying to read trash from a bunch of disgruntled employees, so here are some facts. - Granite rewards talent and hard work; if you work hard, upper management will recognize you for it. - Granite's growing quickly, and with growth, new and veteran employees have enormous flexibility and opportunity to move up. - Granite's privately held with no debt, which means 100% financial security for their employees. - Very friendly environment, although it may be specific to my department, I've never met so many coworkers that I genuinely got along with. - Brilliant upper management, with a talent for listening to their employees, and taking action based on what they hear.

      - Limited parking - Not located in Hawaii
