      Pros

      If you are driven and want an opportunity to make six figures+ straight out of college, Granite is a great company to consider. I've been here for over 5 years and had tremendous opportunities to grow professionally. Compensation on the sales side is strong and benefits are some of the best I've seen. I would highly recommend working here or partnering with Granite.

      Cons

      As a company that manages much of the Fortune 100s telecom, we are a 24/7 business. If you are looking to clock in at 9 and clock out at 5, Granite may not be an ideal fit for you. That said, work hard and you will be duly compensated.

      Not really a con, buts it's a job that required hard work and determination. Can't just go through the motions like other jobs but that's why it pays so well.
