Pros

Very good health benefits Learning how to be self sufficient

Cons

This is a place that will promise you the world, and then use an anomaly as an example to back their claim. Compensation plan is horrible with no incentives, and upper management does not care about you one bit. If you want to be overworked, underpaid, and looked at as just another number… This is the place for you!

Pros

-it’s a big company if you’re into that -nice location downtown with a gym

Cons

I worked for granite for years. At one point it was a good place to work. You were able to learn and grow, make money, and even get respect internally. But there was a turn, I’d say around the beginning of 2023 where there was a shift . Granite has gradually made it more and more difficult to do well there, which the CEO has explicitly illustrated in his meeting with the team. The culture has become more and more toxic to the point where established and talented team members are being put on plans to be let go or are taking it upon themselves. There is zero flexibility for anything in peoples lives including no maternity leave. It’s a boys club with a my way or the highway mentality.
