Pros

The opportunity at Grant Engine to make a real and impactful difference in the world is among the best aspect. You are given support, opportunities to learn, excellent training, and the chance to contribute to life saving technology funding. The CEO is excellent, as is the management team. Definitely recommend!

Cons

Sometimes peak work can be intensive, however this is more than outweighed by plenty of teamwork and time off after the focused cycle is successfully completed. Deadlines are early, which is rare and amazing considering the high quality of work product.

From the top down, the culture of professionalism and focus on the mission of saving lives permeates through to actual work environment - not just slogans like at other companies.

Cons

There are no cons that I can think of for working with this company... other than I wish more organizations operated like this one.
