Pros

Personalism and integrity are core facets of how GSG runs its org. Employees are treated with dignity and given real problems to solve with the freedom to make decisions for themselves.

Cons

If you're looking to 'climb the ladder', that won't happen at GSG. You'll move into roles of higher responsibility over time, but there are very few titles for which to climb, and the org structure seeks to keep things as flat as possible.

Pros

Legitimately the best working culture I have ever experienced. Proves to all the nay-sayers that you can still have a great working and collaboration focused culture while still having everyone fully remote.

Cons

Not any I can think of
