Pros
No doubt, GrapeCity is very nice organisation to work with. GrapeCity was one of my dream company. I got placed through my campus recruitment. I worked at GrapeCity for 2yrs and 3mnths and it was a wonderful journey for me where I have learned alot of things (including technical, inter-personal, behavioral, etc). Although GrapeCity has many pros out of which I liked the most are: 1) Amazing infrastructure 2) Good work-life balance 3) Opportunity to learn and enhance your knowledge 4) Friendly and helping teams 5) Work culture is good 6) And of-course, you will get appreciated if you are doing good that mean they really consider your work. 7) Nice CTC and appraisals 8) Boon for freshers
Cons
Every company has some cons. Nothing is perfect in this universe. You will good and bad people/management everywhere. Its totally dependent on you that how to are tackling to the situation and maintaining your relationships to the company/management/teams. Frankly, I did not have any problems or issues with anyone of the company or management. I enjoyed very much. Ahh, I think the cons of GrapeCity are: 1) Management people should be more technically strong 2) Favoritism should be avoided 3) Provide some technical sessions to the trainees instead of non-technical which are I think wastage of time. 4) There should be a program to shift the experienced employees to some different work. They doing the same as the trainees are doing.
