Pros

Graphcom is a great company to work for - they are a close-knit, family-oriented group that works hard and plays hard. They put a lot of effort into growing their employees to be the best they can possibly be. If you show potential and put in the work, you will go far with this company.

Cons

Graphcom doesn't have a strong culture for work-life balance, but this has slowly improved over the years.

Pros

I've been working at Graphcom for over 6 years, starting as an intern during college til now, a full-time employee. There has never been a lack of opportunity and the team genuinely cares for you and your success, working with you to help reach your goals and encouraging you along the way. This job has been an amazing start to my career and I can't imagine working anywhere else.
