Friendly but rocky employment

Pros

Friendly work environment. Core employees tend to stay awhile if you get there. Management is always approachable and enjoyable to discuss matters with. Average benefits, nothing to run into their arms for, unless you love book clubs. Keep you informed about company fluff.

Cons

Rocky work availability. Like to think they are growing faster than they are and cause reduced employment positions as fast as they think they need and add them. I don't advise leaving a stable job for them. They buy their own marketing hype at a higher rate than their customers. Maybe they need to work on selling their hype to paying customers instead of the constant internal flow of "greatness". Seem to enjoy redoing work to their own detriment. Maybe they need to focus on developing the systems they have to reduce that waste of time, money, and frustration; but, to be honest, the customer gets their needs met. It would be nice if a new employee would too. If you choose to accept a position there, expect to be drown in out dated procedures. They have a manual for everything and they usually reflect what they wish was happening. Again, the manuals are apparently safety blankets for management, not really meant to guide you. As if anyone would have time to keep up with their changability. You're on your own when you are buried in their broken systems and staffing. Be prepared to not be doing what they hired you for, your position will be job du jour based on how often they feel like redefining and restructuring. Usually with short-lived or perceived (we did something) benefit.

Thank you for your review! We regard our team like family, and we’re happy to hear you’ve experienced that firsthand. In terms of benefits, total compensation consists of more than your paycheck alone—it also includes the value of the benefits program offered to you. You should have recently received a total rewards statement mailed to your home address. You can also view this by going to ADP myself- pay- total rewards. If you have any questions about your benefits, please reach out to hr@graphcom.com. We hope that providing this information will help you to understand Graphcom’s commitment and investment in you, and your overall rewards package.

Pros

Friendly and fun working environment, fast-paced desk job, and very client/customer focused. They pay fair wages with decent benefits and are flexible with your schedule if need be.

Cons

There isn't a very "standardized" training/onboarding process so it can feel like you aren't sure what to expect or do next if you aren't proactively reaching out and asking others for guidance.
