People very friendly and people in all teams willing to help each other to work to a common goal (no individual bonus culture helps that) Offices have good facilities Good work/life balance and remote working - people activitely share hobbies on Slack etc Company is very open about direction and strategy

Equal opportunities not always observed: some "positive" discrimination has snuck in Opaque career progression - unclear why some progess and others do not
