- A lot of very talented people - Cross functional engineering: from silicon through compilers to applications - Openness and emotional maturity are key hiring factors, resulting in genuinely pleasant working environment - Transparent decision making processes - Open to change - Free food and drinks

Pros

Graphcore is a solid company and the CEO and CTO are veterans in the space. This isn't a gimmicky startup, it is the real deal. There are many talented team members. If you are proactive, you can learn a lot.

Cons

No red flags as a workplace. However Graphcore need to step up the business strategy. RSU grants are minimal and don't provide sufficient incentive.
