Competitive salaries, shares options, very friendly people, inclusivity, no toxicity, extremely interesting area to work in, possibility to change teams easily, incredibly skilled engineering teams and big push for your career

Cons

Impostor syndrome intensifies. Diversity could be better, some teams have big gender gap.
