      Supportive team environment where colleagues genuinely help each other. Good work–life balance; managers respected personal time. Transparent communication from leadership regarding hiring goals and org changes. Opportunities to work on diverse roles and build strong sourcing skills. HR processes and tools were structured and easy to work with.

      Training for new tools could be more structured.
