Pros

Good money. 401k. Long weekends most of the time at least once per month. Vacation time and personal time.

Cons

Benefits like medical. The people. Management and the union. They like to manipulate threaten bully harrass you and will tell a quick lie on you whatever you do record every conversation you have there.

Pros

Great benefits, Manufacturing plant where I dealt with all employees on a personal basis regarding LOA, FMLA, Short & Long term Disability... loved our employees.

Cons

Nothing was ever good enough for management. They said they cared about their employees and that's what set them apart from other companies, but that was a lie. They were more concerned about the bottom dollar... PERIOD! They have since cut pay from the factory workers and slowly taking away benefits.
