Arrogance and miscalculated steps. I think they have an opportunity but they need to focus on their real strengts.

Stress, 70 hours+ a week, 24/7 coverage, poor management communication, lost sight of the people that make them successful "the hourly associates" ; changed from caring about their staff then everyone became a number and until they admit what they've done the company will continue to deterate into the olf GPI a none money maker!
