      Continental shift pattern great, salary is good and department managers even though can be on your back to get results want you to do well.

      Cons

      Due to the reintroduction of a previous employee who rejoined around six months ago, they have had a significant negative impact on the working environment. Their bullying and belittling behaviour, along with an aggressive leadership style, has caused morale to drop to an all‑time low. They frequently raise their voice at employees on the shop floor and consistently communicate in a negative manner.
