The company is growing fast, new people come every week. You get higher responsibility for what you do, and can talk to senior level management more often
Cons
company focuses more on the software development for the time being, so other dpt like marketing is less a priority

This company offers full benefits, a 401k package, and stock options for a currently private company - they also serve breakfast once a week! The team off sites are very refreshing, adding sanity to a 9-5 lifestyle. Plus, while the salary may be low to start - working with a start up is rewarding in many other ways.
Cons
Start-up culture, so don't expect a massive salary right through the front door. The culture also varies from department to department. For instance, engineering is very quiet and unsociable whereas marketing and DevOps are open and inviting.
