Great opportunity to improve development skills and experience

Pros

Most large scale projects are team based and just about all the developers are very skilled and experienced. I have always been able to turn to one of my coworkers and get help with a problem or challenge. This, in turn, has encouraged me to always be available to help them as much as I can. Meetings are almost always stand-up, meaning that they don't take long at all.

Cons

For the amount of work that some developers have to do, the pay appears to be below average; but this is to be expected at a small company.

Cons

Lack of leadership, poor management and business practices. Ethical and moral issues tacked on to rigorous "mandatory" work hours create a terrible organization for employee's, stakeholders, and clients.

- Decent starting job. - CEO is around enough to actually talk to him. - Provide workstations on nice computers. - Health insurance (Non-family) was very good. - There are some cool employees that work there (If they haven't been fired at time of reading this)

- Management will lie to employees. - Management will lie to clients. - Not very good pay. - Bad financial moves - Bad employee management - Not much room for growth in the company
