Pros

Snacks!!! They provide the employees great snacks for when they're working. The management team, Jenn & Luke, are top-notch. 10/10 great people to work for. They are just great people in general. Overall, they promote work/life balance.

Cons

N/A - I really have nothing to say as a con. I think it's important to note that no workplace is perfect. But if you value working with a close-knit team and you like the tech industry, I think you'll really like working for GJ.

- Compassionate Leadership - Exciting Projects - Room for Growth - Wonderful co workers - Religious tolerance ( a review I read said that the company was dogmatic in its Christian faith. While the owners are Christians, they were very supportive of my studies of a different religious tradition )

Cons

- The agency model seems too chaotic.

Incredible, diverse, hardworking, imaginative team!Really, it's the people and the management that makes this a great place to work. Because of the incredible independence you get working here, it's one of those jobs that your success depends on you. If you want to be successful and grow with the company, you can. If you choose to remain stagnant, that's on you. It really is what you make it.

Cons

Depends on what you consider a "con." If you don't do well working independently, you may not like working here. While you have a ton of support from management and from your team members, it really is a place for self-starters and requires personal commitments. If you like to work autonomously and independently, you will love working for GJ.
