Pros

- Designing in 3D is SO cool, it is very exciting to be part of a company working on something that is innovative and valuable! - The VR/AR sector shows immense growth opportunities - Colleagues are kind and supportive - The leadership team is transparent about finances - Good benefits package (private healthcare, well-being allowance, and flexible work options) - Competitive salary

Cons

Mostly the cons are a reflection of the fact they are early stage: - a lot of processes are underdeveloped/non existent - they're still trying to figure out their go-to-market strategy - a lot of change in the team structure in the last 18 months - the team has a mix-bag of first-time managers / inexperienced people at the helm

Pros

The product is brilliant! You can see why it's really disrupting the design workspace and how it just makes 3D modeling accessible to everyone! We're all given VR headsets, regardless of role, to understand the product and appreciate the end-user experience. From a work perspective, you're given a lot of ownership and you're able to see the impact you're making pretty quickly. The team and culture are great, we have regular team offsites and company gatherings.

Cons

It's a company in its scale-up phase, therefore we are experiencing some growing pains with getting more efficient with our projects and adapting our ways of working
