- Really interesting, unique and innovative product that has tons of complexities to learn if you're on the product side. - Amazingly friendly and engaged coworkers with a supportive and social culture. - Transparency at all levels of the business and clear, honest communication from leadership on what's going on with the business and what the plan is or any change of plan. - Good benefits like health care, wellbeing budget, very flexible working arrangements etc. - Good pay. - Very high levels of autonomy enabling you to make your own impact and shape your development in the business and in your career.

Cons

- Plans, directions, priorities and team structures can change quite frequently. - Reliance on venture capital means the future of the company is not certain.

- Lots of autonomy in the engineering team - High level of transparency from leadership - Social and welcoming team - Exciting software to work on - Benefits such as trips for company gatherings and customer visits

Cons

- Rapid growth leads to difficulties with communication - If you are not used to a high level of autonomy then you might struggle with not having enough guidance - Processes are still being established and shift often - Engineering team has not grown as quickly as the rest of the company so resources are stretched and it's necessary to focus heavily on the highest priority work
