Pros

The leadership will support you in any initiative you want to start or feel passionate about (Young Leaders Network, Charitable Board, Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Women's Alliance, etc). They also do Puppy Days! Fridays off in the summer and the PTO package is great, as are the benefits. The people are the best part, everyone is friendly and works as a team- not super competitive like some other firms, lots of people to help you when you need it. The partners are really down to earth.

Cons

More interaction between departments would be good.

People were great to work with, made a lot of good friends and contacts that I will continue to keep in touch with for the rest of my career Good South Shore location

Cons

it is public accounting, what do you expect, the hours are long and it can be at times stressful when managing multiple clients and projects at the same time all with tight deadlines that can't be missed
