Gray is an awesome company, that’s big with a small company feel. There are a lot of opportunities at small stations to do many different jobs, and transfers are possible to bigger stations.

Cons

Gray owns mostly small stations so the pay isn’t as high as it could be with bigger companies.

The team is fantastic and the owner is the kindest man I've ever met. Very generous with salary and commission. Boss loves rewarding hard work, and sincerely loves to see his people do well.

Cons

Since everyone works from their home office, it's difficult sometimes to maintain consistent communication -- especially since the boss travels quite a bit. Feels like you're on an island. But they're aware of the issue and they're trying to improve.
