Good learnings for freshers. You can learn multiple technology.

Cons

Worst HR policies. Hike is a joke. No work balance, it's normal to work for late nights. Fake promises No employee respect. Frequently changing company policy. Not a single policy in favor of employee.

There are some good managers, under them you'll be nourished.

Cons

Join IFF you are in dire need of a job, CTC is extremely below market standards. You'll be working very hard but it won't translate to CTC even if you are a valuable asset. Management will only approach you with a good CTC when you resign.
