Learning probably Lots of if free time. Managers are powerless when it comes to appraisals only ceo rakes the call. Good places to eat near office

Cons

Horrible salary hike. If you are 10 lakh package employee with 10 experience. And top performers and has an performer award from the same company on the same year. Expect 30 thousand hike as yearly increment
