• I worked for 7.5 years here with breaks for health reasons twice in-between and 18-month break since August 2015. • Still, when re-approached, I was offered work from hospital i.e. home, as a consultant now since last month. As family wanted me to stay in hospital as a precautionary measure till I get completely fine. • Company considers it a relationship with new employees as also existing employees and employee loyalty is respected. • Company is serious about work-personal life balance. • CEO & CTO, Mr. Vikas Gupta is a great visionary with all things envisioned being actionable and not day dreams; and with support of all employees, organisation is bound to scale new heights. • Performance really gets rewarded in due course, as also regularly if contribution is supreme regularly. • Anyone wanting to build a career in analytics, including in relevant domains - this is the place to work for. • There is really lots to be learnt here, at all levels of employment. • This should not be shared, but, due to performance despite breaks for health, from joining till 7.5 years last; the salary scaled to 5 times multiplied over this period. • And, I had no expectation of salary during reviews. It was automatically taken care of. • I would work on anything non-technical assigned to me, with no qualms about type of work assigned. • And, even constraints of not able to travel out of country was taken care of and even within country travel was kept limited due to difficulty in travelling due to medication for health reasons. • Due to my inability to travel, my travel was taken up by other members, including senior members. • Of course, ability to travel is generally a must at all levels, if in actual work departments; can probably be acceptable if in support departments like HR / Finance etc..

Work Timings are good. Monthly events are fun.
