Worst experience with the VP-Services who is handling a prestigious airport business. He is too rude with the team members. You will be threatened for not picking the calls in the middle of the night like 1am or 2 am. It will be escalated to HR. Zero empathy for employees. Disrespect on the floor. If you are in this project , you will be treated as slaves. If you try to move out of project, there will be negative feedback on you.

Legally they do very good documentation for hiring and sacking of employees without mercy, even they do not care about your future, responsibilities, goal of the employees. They will create toxic environment to send you out.
