No training, no direction/guidance from management, lack of engagement with new employees. Overall generally not a good working experience.

Unusual pay structure and delayed compensation

Pros

Employee owned, stock options, generous profit sharing. Managers are nice and easily approached.

Cons

In order to qualify for profit sharing, need to be at the company an entire CALENDAR year. Yearly raise eliminated for outside sales, and NOT grandfathered for existing employees. Bonus awarded yearly, not monthly or quarterly. Years back the pension was eliminated. No formal in-person training program for key processes. Almost all via pre-recorded videos. Low budget facilities, dirty warehouse, some employees take advantage of lack of oversight.
