Your primary customers are electricians who expect their orders to be ready as soon as you hang up or become angry when you don’t know the jargon ie monkey rubbers or frog eyes or a product has been discontinued or the lead time is months out. Training is non-existent. You are put out on the warehouse counter to pick orders that are submitted and for customers who come in. After a month you are then placed at a desk, told the bare minimum on how the system works and are left to your own devices. Senior management is more concerned about telling you about all the vacations they take and how this is the best work environment you as an employee have ever been in.
