The company has great retirement benefits. There's also a lot of stability with this company and potential for growth.

Pay Growth is often only available if you relocate Growth is also often more difficult to achieve than leadership preaches it to be

Pros

Nice to work for an employee-owned company. Very relaxed atmosphere... sometimes too relaxed if you need to get stuff done, but overall a good place to grow your skills.

Cons

Things moved too slowly sometimes, but not a bad thing if you like the 9-5 and work-life balance.
