It appears that employee retention within the Comdata department is a significant issue, as there seems to be a consistent turnover of new staff. Additionally, there may be a disconnect between management and the operational realities of the department, which can hinder effective leadership. Enhancing leadership within the Comdata department could be beneficial in addressing these concerns. It is essential to consider these factors to improve the work environment and reduce the tendency for employees to seek opportunities with competitors.
