Great benefits and workspaces, some glaring issues.

Pros

Benefits are great, even starting out you get 15 days PTO, paid holidays, and 6 days sick time by default. Can purchase stock in the company. Depending on your position you really can leave work at work for evenings/weekends.

Cons

Pay is low and merit-based raises are terrible compared to other companies. Not much job growth if you're not into sales unless you move to a corporate branch . Sometimes people from other branches are very combative for literally no reason. Many people seem to have a "that's not my problem" attitude and most work ends up falling on the CSRs.
