We offer comprehensive health benefits, life insurance, disability, generous paid time off, volunteer time off, and other perks such as an employee recognition program and educational reimbursement. The profit sharing and stock you mentioned do build up more over time, but eligible employees can see benefits much sooner than 20 years! Additionally, Graybar is committed to following CDC guidelines for a safe work environment. In addition to social distancing and regular cleaning routines, we inform any employee who was identified to have been in close contact with someone who tested positive.
